Georgian Corner Restaurant

Our Story

Rooted in Georgian culinary heritage, this Georgian Restaurant in Roswell brings people together over simple, well-made food. The menu introduces guests to authentic food through dishes like khachapuri, khinkali, and chakhokhbili, each tied to long-standing recipes and presented with a chef-inspired approach that respects tradition while keeping it approachable.

Welcome to our setting, where warm hospitality meets the heart of the Peach State. Nestled in Roswell, our restaurant is built on a simple idea: share the flavors, traditions, and joyful spirit of Georgia, the country, in a place that feels like home from the moment you walk in.

Georgian Corner was founded by Gocha and Nino, a couple whose journey has been shaped by entrepreneurship, innovation, and a deep connection to their roots. Before opening in Roswell, they built and grew three successful restaurants in Miami, earning a loyal following and recognition along the way, including features in the Miami Herald and The New York Times. Their mission has always gone beyond serving a great meal. It is about creating an environment where people come together, celebrate, and connect, just as they do back home.

After years in Miami, Gocha and Nino felt called to begin a new chapter. They chose to bring their cuisine and culture to the state of Georgia, creating a space that bridges heritage and community. At Georgian Corner, every dish tells a story of family recipes, regional pride, and the belief that the best meals are shared. Whether you are discovering this cuisine for the first time or returning to familiar tastes, you are always welcome here.
